How To Manage Students

1. Open Student Roster

Go to the student area and search by student name, parent name, or parent email to find records quickly.

2. Verify Profile Completeness

Check level, preferred days, preferred location, and contact details before assigning classes.

3. Confirm Level

Set the correct level based on lesson evaluation, attendance, and progress evidence.

4. Assign Teacher & Slot

Use the schedule and student views together so the assignment matches availability and location.

5. Communicate with Parent

Send onboarding, change, and reminder messages as soon as the plan changes.

6. Monitor Weekly

Review attendance trends and move inactive students only after confirming the reason with the parent.

Best Practices For Teachers

  1. Always update level only after you have attendance and performance evidence.
  2. Use clear parent communication for schedule changes at least 24 hours ahead.
  3. Avoid duplicate slot assignment by checking the schedule before saving.
  4. Escalate fee or account issues to admin teams rather than ad-hoc fixes.
  5. Review inactive students every Friday and record the reason before status updates.
